Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

My daughter’s boyfriend asked me to help him plan a surprise proposal. Big problem…I’m in Texas and this was happening in New York on short notice. I looked at florists in Saratoga Springs, NY and found the Petals and Hearts Boutique photo gallery. The different arrangements and designs were all absolutely gorgeous. I made one call and Randi knew exactly what we wanted and made it happen overnight. I can not thank her enough for the beautiful memories she made for Madison and Walter. I’m so grateful!
